the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.
the air conditioning did not function properly . staff neglected to inform guests about this issue upon check-in. additionally, the cushions in the room displayed noticeable stains, giving an impression of inadequate upkeep..

convenient location helpful staff varied breakfast
i found the location convenient near kensington gardens. the staff was helpful and kind throughout my stay. i appreciated the breakfastwith several options.
the room felt small. it lacked sufficient space for luggage, and i found it difficult to move around comfortably. the bathroom was particularly cramped.

the hotel offered three lifts, however, one was out of service . this caused delays and made access to upper floors challenging. the lifts seemed small and felt cramped.

the location was very convenient. paddington station is within walking distance, about fifteen minutes. queensway and bayswater train stations are also close, only a few blocks away.
i found that the room lacked a refrigerator. this would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks .

the standard double room was a good size (i didn't feel cramped). it included fresh towels daily. the air conditioning worked effectively, a welcome feature, even during cooler days.

the staff were very helpful, especially regarding directions. they organized a takeaway breakfast for me when i had an early departure. the reception area was always staffed, providing quick assistance when needed.

breakfast had a good selection. it included both english breakfast items and continental options such as pastries and yogurts. the dining area was kept clean and well-stocked (especially the pancakes!).
